Review: The movie Paul is all in all a composite of comedy, action, and sci –fi all together promoted .Thus the marketing and promotions have been in a difficulty to brand position the image which was not an easy task. The branding dilemma was to promote the adventure of a space tourist held back on earth for past 60 years. He meets two friends our heroes and continues this journey to his planet through his mother ship in a sci-fi exploration full of comedy and unknown accidents .The adventure begins and ends as a road trip adventure specifically than a overall state wide discovery. The movie has been selective in bringing motives clearer , space being’s ability in making friends, road trip ,the jokes etc.The time for the movie is more than enough to bring audience to laughter and amazement at the wonderful adventure thrill and fantasy evoked. Where the movie lacks for substance is overtly curtailed by superb performance, good narratives, sense of thrill and action etc. The movie makes for a good watch even after a tense meeting and is for all age groups. It is also a good family movie. Thus the market positioning is to a wide audience, branding is all about adventure and advertising is about unknown and hidden surprises not to mention comedy.
