Review: This is a low budget movie and is good in comparison to the other movies of scifi genre. The storyline in ‘Downstream’ is catchy and full of animated and visual scenes stealing the gleam from the onlookers as you may quite call it. Based on the action and settings which are placed very well within the movie (the atmosphere and story), it makes for a worthwhile pasttime. Any other scifi movie could not have been closer to being perfect. The movie brings action and thrill to the story where these become part of a difficult story and the cast do a good performance. The excellent ability to bring the sci fi in focus in this movie provides much surprise against the ‘avatar’ type of high budget movies .The explosion and gun fights are not very lucrative yet the movie slaunders on with quite a zeal and enthusiasm which is good for most viewers. The movie is not all that difficult to market but the competition has been fierce within the last few months. The image and positioning of the movie has been effective whereas the audiences and critics alike have not been able to mark it higher than expected. Even then it makes for a good beginning than the director would have imagined.
